Return & Refund Policy
Idzlldi is committed to providing our customers with reliable return and refund services.
The return service is currently available only within the country of purchase.
If your item was purchased directly from the official Idzlldi Store, you are eligible to request a return or refund.
If your item was purchased from an authorized distributor or third-party marketplace (such as Amazon, AliExpress, Temu, Ubuy, etc.), please refer to the respective platform or seller’s return and refund policy.
Please note that return and refund policies may vary depending on local laws and regulations.
Order Cancellation
Customers can request an order cancellation within 48 hours after placing an order by contacting us at service.idzlldi@hotmail.com.
If the product has already been shipped, a $25 intercept fee will apply.
Additionally, a transaction fee may be charged by the payment provider once the shipment is in process.
Lost or Damaged Products
If your product is not delivered, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately and provide photo or video evidence for verification.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Within 30 days of purchase, if you are not satisfied with your product for reasons other than quality issues, you may request a refund after returning the item in complete, unused, and original packaging.
However, please note:
You are responsible for the round-trip shipping cost, with two available options:

Return arranged by Idzlldi Customer Service – Once the returned item is received and confirmed, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Self-paid Return – You may choose to ship the item back yourself after contacting Idzlldi Customer Service for the return address and instructions.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, a full refund cannot be offered, and the shipping cost for the return will be covered by the customer.
Note: For products that have been used, Idzlldi reserves the right to refuse the return.

Refund
For non-quality issues, refunds will follow the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
For quality-related issues, a partial refund may be provided depending on the product’s usage time if the request is made after 30 days from purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected by Idzlldi’s warehouse.
A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.
Note: Please contact us if you have not received your refund within 14 business days after confirmation.
